As taken reference from the book Whispering in the Wind, written by John Grinder and Carmen Bostic St Clair. NLP is defined as a modelling technology with specific focus on the set differences that make the difference between the performance of geniuses and average performance in – same field of activity. The object of modelling is to explicate in a transferable and learnable way, the set of differences. The core activity of NLP is the mapping of tacit knowledge onto an explicit model.

NLP is used across an incredibly wide range of applications including education, sales, behavioral therapy and psychology, marketing, management, sports, peak performance, personal development, team building, leadership & coaching, training, marketing, negotiation, and parenting.


For over two decades Yogesh has been intensely fascinated by Geniuses, Leaders and High Performers. In his pursuit of discovery, he soon found an array of people and communities also fascinated with genius & high performers from varying fields of activity. A lot of them simply seemed intrigued but some thrived to know how? How do they do? What do they do? And of course, what’s the difference between a Genius and an Average person?


These Questions guided him the journey inevitably towards Neuro-Linguistic-programming (NLP), a field of excellence dedicated to the identifying, assimilating and replication of these genius/high performing behaviors. Yogesh then spent almost one and a half decade demystifying the techniques, methods, and the strategies that made the difference between the average performance and extraordinary performance in Individuals, Groups, Teams, Companies, and Industries.


We each have unique filtering systems for processing millions of bits of data every minute through the sensory receptors which become our sensory experience i.e. what we see, hear, feel, smell and taste.

As that information passes through sets of neurological filters, we assign the language to our experiences and create personal meaning to the information received from the outside world. This process is the home of internal dialogue and is where structures of belief and identity live, thus forming our everyday experience.

Finally, we generate sets of internal and external physiological and behavioral responses that occur as a result of those processes. Behaviors become patterned and neurological pathways strengthened, over time developing into our stories and identities, creating our everyday experience of life.
