Can I Renew My Listing?

Certainly! You can renew your listing to ensure it stays current and continues to attract potential clients or customers. To renew your listing, follow these general steps:

  1. Log In:
    • Log in to your account on our platform using your credentials.
  2. Navigate to Your Listing:
    • Find and navigate to the specific listing you want to renew. This can usually be done through your account dashboard.
  3. Select Renew or Update:
    • Look for an option that says “Renew” or “Update.” Clicking on this option will allow you to refresh and update the information on your listing.
  4. Review and Edit:
    • Take this opportunity to review and edit your listing. Update any information that may have changed since the last listing period, such as services offered, pricing, or contact details.
  5. Payment:
    • If there is a renewal fee associated with your listing, proceed with the payment process. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transaction.
  6. Confirmation:
    • Once the renewal process is complete, you should receive a confirmation message. Your listing will now be renewed and visible to users on our platform.

Guidelines For Everyone

  • Be Accurate and Descriptive: Provide clear and accurate information about your services, skills, or products. Use descriptive language to highlight what makes your offerings unique. Use your business name or service name as the title. If you have multiple stores businesses or categories, list them separately. For example, if you are a makeup artist and a massage therapist, then create two separate listings. Also, your listing description should be more than 500 – 600 words for better discoverability on search engines. Add as many details as possible about the services and qualities: academics, certification, previous outcomes, locations, history etc. Clearly outline the geographic areas you serve and your operational hours. This information helps users determine if your services are suitable for their location and schedule.
  • Prohibitions: We strictly adhere to community standards and prohibit listings related to adult content, gambling, and any other activities that violate legal or ethical guidelines. We maintain a positive and inclusive environment, and any content that goes against these standards will be promptly removed. Please ensure that your listings comply with these prohibitions to maintain a respectful and professional community. If you have any questions or concerns about the appropriateness of your content, feel free to reach out to our support team for clarification.
  • Include Contact Information: For Premium and Partnership listings, make sure to include accurate contact details for users to reach out to you.
  • Use Of Images & Videos: Upload images that represent your services or products well. Try to upload small-size images as the maximum allowed limit is 1 MB. Try to compress your images before you upload. Images play a crucial role in attracting user attention, so make them visually appealing. Add your profile photo in the author profile settings for further credibility. Paying authors can embed YouTube videos asking customers to book their services. Videos can be very useful if you want to interact with customers before they book your services. Let them know what they can expect.
  • Be Transparent about Pricing: Clearly outline your pricing structure, including any additional fees or charges. Transparency builds trust and helps users make informed decisions. For partnership members, adjust your prices accordingly, aiming for a 75% commission. List all your services and their pricing in the services section for each listing. If applicable, showcase any special promotions, discounts, or bundled packages. This can attract users looking for a good deal and encourage engagement.
  • Respond Promptly: For Premium and Partnership listings, ensure timely responses to user inquiries. Quick responses contribute to a positive user experience and enhance your credibility.
  • Showcase Reviews and Testimonials: Encourage your clients or customers to leave reviews. Positive reviews build trust and credibility, making your listing more appealing. Fake reviews are not allowed.
  • Follow Community Standards: Adhere to our community standards and guidelines to maintain a positive and inclusive environment. Respectful and professional conduct is essential.
  • Regularly Update Your Listing: Keep your listing content and information current. Regular updates help maintain relevance and attract ongoing interest.
  • Utilize Keywords Effectively: Include relevant keywords in your listing to improve discoverability. We recommend a minimum of 600 words for search engine discovery. Think about the terms users might use to find services like yours.

Further Guidelines For Partners:

These are the added guidelines for our partners and they agree to these terms before creating partner based listing:

  • Commission: Clients can book services directly from your listing. Once they have made the booking. Your responsibility is to reach the client’s location, complete the assigned work, and receive payment from the client. Our commission structure means what we take, 25%. This means you will generally get 75% of the amount. Make sure to adjust your rates with a commission structure without overinflating the prices of your services. If you receive payment from the client, it’s your responsibility to share the commission of 25% with us. Failure to do so will result in permanent banning and security deposit won’t be refundable.
  • Fees: In addition to the commission structure, there is a one-time verification fee of Rs 449 and a security deposit of Rs 1000. The security amount is refundable, with Rs 250 returned after each service. The verification fee, though non-refundable, is utilized to facilitate the application verification process. It’s essential to note that aside from these policies, we do not have any hidden fees. We believe in transparency and a fair partnership. By Joining us you agree to the following terms and conditions.
  • Professionalism and Conduct: Partners of ThriveMe must maintain the highest level of professionalism, exhibit good behaviour, and uphold personal hygiene standards while delivering services. Quality products and top-notch service offerings are expected.
  • Client Interaction: Misbehavior, arguments, or inappropriate conduct with clients are strictly prohibited. Partners must promptly report any improper client behaviour and leave the work promptly if necessary.
  • Trust and Integrity: Partners are expected to uphold the highest degree of trust and integrity during service delivery. Any misconduct may result in no compensation, a non-refundable security fee, and ineligibility for future work opportunities.
  • Payment Structure: Partners acknowledge and accept the agreed-upon payment structure, encompassing earning percentages, deductions, and any applicable fees.
  • Verification: You must be 18 years old to become our partner and provide us with your ID. Partners understand that the one-time verification fee is non-refundable and covers the application process. This fee must be paid before commencing any services.
  • Security Fee: Partners agree to pay the refundable security fee, with a portion released after the successful completion of each service to ensure reliability and commitment.
  • Confidentiality: Partners agree not to share any personal information with clients and refer them back to the booking process offered by ThriveMe.
  • Representing the Company: Partners commit to representing ThriveMe in a manner that encourages clients to return.
  • Adherence to Schedule: Partners agree to adhere to agreed-upon schedules for service delivery and communicate any changes in advance to the company and the client.
  • Professional Appearance: Partners acknowledge the importance of maintaining a professional appearance while representing ThriveMe and agree to dress appropriately according to the nature of the services provided.
  • Equipment and Tools: Partners understand the need to ensure the use of appropriate and well-maintained equipment and tools for service delivery.
  • Client Feedback: Partners commit to seeking client feedback to continually improve service quality.
  • Non-Compete Agreement: Partners agree not to engage in similar services with direct competitors during the partnership and for a specified period after termination.
  • Termination of Partnership: Partners understand that either party may terminate the partnership with a notice period, based on repeated service failures, breaches of terms, or other valid reasons.
  • Changes to Terms: Partners acknowledge that terms and conditions are subject to change and agree to comply with any modifications.
